Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skinless (6 oz each)
  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Lay the salmon fillets on a baking dish, skin side down, and make a pocket in each fillet by slicing lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing gently to fill the pocket.
  5. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle additional salt and pepper on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the stuffing is heated, bubbling slightly at the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve your crab and shrimp stuffed salmon with your choice of sides like steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
