Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo combines tender pasta and juicy chicken in a rich, savory sauce, making it a cozy choice for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the chicken and seasonings.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks inside the slow cooker.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Cook the fettuccine pasta separately according to package instructions.
  9. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
