Savor the rich flavors of Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon, where succulent seafood meets tender, flaky fish—a delightful dish for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and lump
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled, cooked, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by combining the crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each fillet without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet generously with the crab and shrimp mixture, ensuring it’s packed in well.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
