Deliciously Creamy Chicken Alfredo You Can Make At Home

Creamy Chicken Alfredo features tender pasta enveloped in a rich, velvety sauce and is an inviting dish ideal for cozy family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 medium chicken breasts about 1 pound
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, season and cook the chicken.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the same pan.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pan.
  6. Toss the fettuccine pasta in the sauce.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve.
