- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
